Mxt aims to redefine personalized skincare through its vast database of over 40 million potential formulations. The client's goal was to establish a distinctive brand identity that emphasized innovation and customization in skincare solutions.
Our approach centered on creating a unique user experience that included an engaging quiz and the option for customers to design their bespoke three-piece regimen using advanced AI technology. We developed a comprehensive brand and digital design strategy, encompassing brand identity, social media interactions, lifecycle emails, and product design, all tailored to resonate with tech-savvy consumers and position Mxt as a pioneer in personalized skincare.

In response to Meta's rebranding, it became clear that MFB was operating on a deprecated version of the brand. My first step was conducting a thorough audit involving web teams, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and customer feedback.
