The client's goal was to create a brand identity that would resonate with school decision-makers at the state and local level and help position their business as not introducing video-games into the school, but introducing a new way for students to get involved in the fastest-growing sport. Objectives included increasing brand awareness and driving new school acquisition.
Our approach was to create a brand identity that communicated PlayVS's values of community, competition, and excitement. We developed a brand strategy that focused on creating a unique and memorable visual identity that would define the space of scholastic esports from it's professional counterparts.

In response to Meta's rebranding, it became clear that MFB was operating on a deprecated version of the brand. My first step was conducting a thorough audit involving web teams, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and customer feedback. This holistic approach ensured that the redesign was informed by a broad spectrum of insights and requirements.
